Bridging the gap between theory and practice.

Logistics isn't rocket science; it's largely about common sense. My strengths lie in combining a methodical approach with a pragmatic, can-do attitude. Besides technical expertise, soft skills are crucial to a project's success. These include transparent communication and orchestrating cross-functional teams -- both on-site and remotely.

Given the ever-increasing complexity of requirements and solutions (for example, robotics), it's essential to determine the right degree of automation for each company and project. Full automation isn't always the ultimate goal; conversely, thorough preparation should foster the courage to explore new pathes and introduce innovations.

Balancing Standardization and Individuality.

Undoubtedly, standardizing business processes offers a number of advantages. However, it's crucial to maintain a healthy balance to preserve key unique selling propositions.

Sustainability: Plan ahead, grow intelligently.

As automation increases, so does the depreciation period of logistics equipment. At the same time, future volumes and product structures are difficult to predict. This calls for intelligent solutions with balanced flexibility. They must be scalable and able to adapt to changes in their environment. These changes include, for example, altered product and order structures or new sales channels (e.g. expanding B2B to include B2C).
